Mariah graduated seminary this evening. I love it. I love how many ol' pals I've been able to see. It's great to see them after not seeing them for so long. I feel right at home.
I got to do her hair and she looked pretty in her new dress. I love to hear Bro. Rees talk, and kami, kelsey, and owen and his anology with Newton's Law of Motion. Wow, it's way too late, I'm going to bed.

Constitution, Dance, and Band
I've been reading The 5000 Year Leap by some one Sckowsen or something like that. I actually forgot it at a friends house when I went to go pick up some speakers and take them to another friend. Anyway, it's one of the best books I have ever written. I can't explain with the vague vocabulary I have how much light it has brought into my understanding not just of law and government, but of life and living. You can't really live without People's Law or Nature's Law. This governing of nature's God is a base for certain unalienable rights given to man. One of which is the unalienable right of people's duties. Usually we hear about our unalienable rights in that all men are created equal or essentially a right that doesn't seem to carry a responsibility on our part as holders of that unalienable right. (I wish I had my book to reference.) I hold a firm belief that it's the individuals of this people of the United States that needs to pick themselves up as best they possibly can and get moving. Working to be the best person they can be morally, socially, physically, emtionally, mentally, and spiritually. It's all of these that make a person healthy and if the people are balanced naturally (I guess we can add that one to the list of -ally 's) their thinking will be more for the good of the whole. Things will be more clear and can be sorted out rationally. We are a sick people, in that we fill our lives with fluff and snacks rather than full meals and good ol' work.
Now, I'm not saying that we don't work or that we don't have some full meals. But that we as a whole have lost a sense of balance and responsibility to work for ourselves. We want things handed to us way too often. A little of it comes from the 'convenient' and 'efficient' technologies we have. We want it now, whatever 'it' is! I have been in this scoop and have felt the effects of fast technology.
I may not be making a whole lot of sense right now because I'm getting really tired and I have to get up early and I did this last night too. I need to get out of this habit. Someday I'll get to the dancing and band. Oh, I have to tell you about band!
I got to go and see the last 09 band concert for 6 and 7th grade and the high school concert band and jazz band! I absolutely loved it! I laughed and smiled so big and long I felt like barbie. WoW, I wish everyone that loves music could've been there or anyone that has attempted to learn or does play an instrument or whatever. It's just the best and brings back great memories!! Then I gave big hugs all the way around and found out a bit about everyone that I was able to get a hold of. Sadly, they left while I was still clearing chairs and things. I don't know exactly why I started clearing chairs and everything it's just something I do. I still feel quite a part of the whole group. Andrew Deakin (my adopted little brother) says that "If no one else was enjoying (laughing or whatever) themselves then at least Cherie was." Apparently I was being fairly loud because another one of my good friends from the flute section (Andrew is a clarinet/sax/piano player), Brittney Anderson, told me that I have a contagious laugh. Then I asked if I'd been loud otherwise how would she have hear or whatever right, I didn't think I was THAT loud! She confirmed that I was loud. oh well, that's what ya get when ya haven't been in a band class/concert for so long and you know pretty much everyone who is playing. Even many of the younger kids the same age as your brother who is playing and you meet the people sitting in front of you to find out which kid is theirs, finding out that their kid plays in the same band as your kid (Jason) and of course you point each kid out to each other. And if anyone can follow this anymore, I love you and am amazed. Really I love you anyway, but I'm definitely giving out right now, so I'm going to bed.
I was front and center, actually one row back and for awhile one chair in from the center isle. WOW! that's all I can say and could say afterwards except that I loved them ALL! Love the show and everything!
Wow, I went off on quite a tangent, so now this really doesn't make as much sense.
The music was wonderful besides the dead fish, dunce cap, gong falling over, mouth pieces, and gargling, and interpretive dance. and solos and . . I better just get off. . . .

Tether ball, Tandem bike, and Pogo sticks
Wow, what a great Memorial day. We talked about our ancestors, had great food. Shared stories and talked about weather and planting. Then Jason and I rode the tandem bike around (two seater bike), then played tether ball. I like playing with Jason more because I don't hit myself in the face and I can win. With Jacob it's much harder. Then we played in Forrest's hammick a bit. Then we got out adult size pogo sticks and had a blast with that. I wish there would've been three of them because Mariah came out and started playing with us. I love bouncing and jumping. Oh . . I love it. Anyway, I decided I am going to open date this one guy when he gets back from his study abroad in Chile, Brazil, and Peru.
